BEEHIVE GIMLET
A fan favorite from our bar.
Ingredient
1 ounce Jack Rabbit Gin
1/2 ounce Asian pearsimple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
sage leaf
Preparation
Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a sage leaf.
