Ingredients

​1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

3/4 oz St. Germain 

1.5 oz Beehive Organice Vodka

1/8 oz Absinthe 

Preparation

​Add all ingredients except the absinthe to a shaker filled with ice. Give it a quick shake and strain into a Collins glass rinsed with the absinthe. Fill with crushed ice and top with a 3-4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters. Garnish with a twist of lemon
