2 ounces Jack Rabbit Gin
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup 
2 slices fresh ginger root 
1 very thin slice habanero pepper 
1 thin slice fresh ginger root for garnish


​Muddle the habanero and ginger in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the thin slice of ginger on a toothpick.
