An invention by Haley Munger from Bar X, this cocktail brilliantly showcases the mature taste of the barrel-aged gin.
1 1/2 ounce Beehive Barrel Reserve Gin
1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc
1/2 ounce dry curacao
3 dashes cacao bitters
Combine gin, Lillet, curacao and bitters in a glass filled with ice cubes; stir 50 times and strain into a coupe glass then garnish with the orange peel.
